Nowdays,people always busy with their works , studies and even their lives. Moreover,depression and stress alwyas accompanied to this kind of life style. But can we do something to help ourselves to feel happier and can we improve the quality of our lives?After I read the eight tips of happiness, I found some useful ways to make people feel happier and it can be divided into 4 parts----motion,communication ,future plan and mental enjoyment.
First of all,in the eight tips motion involves the"boost your energy"and "do a good deed".When we feel stress and depression , go out for a walk and try to do some exercises can make you feel much better. Activities can make us focus on what we are doing now and deter people to review their bad memory. At the end of exercise, you just take a shower and that would make you feel much better. However, if you do something good ,that is really helpful to improve your happiness,too.
Then, I think the communication between friends can also help us to feel happier. Friends are necessary to everyone. When you feel yourself is not happy enough, you can go out with your friends to have a cup of coffee or go shopping together. Spend time on talking with your friends is a good way to relex.
In addition,maybe we can make a future plan for ourselver to instead of feel stress. Rid yourself of a nagging task is a good idea. When you are working hard, you can forget everthing and concentrate on your plan. Then, after you see your achievement, you will feel satisfied with yourself and happier.
Finally, we can try our best to creat a perfect mental enjoyment for ourselves such as a calmer environment, act smile and listening to music. A calm environment always make people feel silent and happy. Smile always has a positive influence on your emotions. And if you’re smiling, other people will perceive you as being friendlier and more approachable. Besides, music can let pople feel less stress and you can try to dance in your room.
I think it's everyone's responsbility to make us happier and have a positive life.We need happiness and peace to enjoy life. At last, I want all of you to enjoy the eight pionts of how to make people happier and you can try them in the next hour!
